EDG Property is delighted to announce that The Cube is now fully Let having signed a further 1000 sqft of office space to leisure based fund Divitie Capital whose Headquarters are already in occupation at this landmark Birmingham address.
This deal marks the completion of Level 8, the new office floor that was created to cater for the growing demand, and ultimately the final commercial signing for the world class building. The focus now turns to a handful of boutique apartments at The Cube which are currently for sale.
Having led the development, EDG Property’s Neil Edginton has gone on to be instrumental in delivering premium brands to the city and securing award winning office tenants at The Cube. On the final commercial letting Neil said; “With the mix at The Cube now complete, 2015 is set to be as exciting a year at The Cube as it is for the wider city of Birmingham.”
