Gareth Edwards

Commercial director Gareth Edwards is currently on secondment to EDG Property from Faithful+Gould where he is a Managing Quantity Surveyor and was involved in the award-winning School Yard project.

Gareth has been involved with many clients on a wide variety of projects both within the private and public sector. His experience draws upon detailed and extensive project involvement within the higher education and commercial sectors.

Mark Holden

A former board member at E C Harris, non-executive director Mark Holden brings more than 30 years of experience as a chartered surveyor and consultant within the construction industry to EDG Property.

Career highlights include leading the successful restoration of Birmingham Town Hall and he is also a former member of the RICS management board.

Robert Black

After originally working in the banking sector, non-executive Robert Black joined Baltic PLC in 1987 where he eventually became the main board director responsible for the Group’s substantial property portfolio.

Since leaving Baltic in 2001, he has launched and sold a successful property business and since 2007 has been an active investor in a number of niche property companies.

 

Neil Edginton

Managing director Neil Edginton has been instrumental in changing the landscape of Birmingham having been involved in major regeneration projects such as The Cube, The Mailbox and Fort Dunlop.

Neil spearheads the EDG Group of Companies with an impressive portfolio of development projects while providing development, construction and asset management services to leading banks and some of the UK’s largest funds.

He is the chairman of Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, leading a board of 12 high power professionals with a target of £10m per annum.
