Congratulations to EDG Property’s Neil Edginton who has made it in to Property Week’s 2012 ‘Hot 100’. Listed as ‘one to watch’ in the real estate market, Neil’s achievements since his appointment on the Board of Birmingham Development Company at the age of 26, continue to be noted. It has been five years since Property Week last ran its ‘Hot 100’ list, which seeks to identity the rising stars of the property sector. As each day passes at Sandfields Barn, what stood on the site more than a century ago becomes easier to comprehend.
