The Cube Hosts Christmas Event for Residents & Tenants

On Tuesday 2nd December, Neil Edginton of EDG Property welcomed The Cube community in the central atrium area to enjoy an evening of festive merriment and Gluhwein, hosted by The Management Team. Enjoying food from Brazilian restaurant, Rodizio Rico, and the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar & Grill, guests were also treated to live music performed by choirs from across the region. EDG secures more space for Highways Agency at The Cube

Having been The Cube’s first commercial tenant back in 2010, The Highways Agency has now signed with EDG Property to secure even more space at this landmark address. Neil Edginton of EDG Property secured the Department of Transport’s Executive Agency for The Cube over 4 years ago with a letting of 60,000 sqft across three floors.  And now, the executive agency sponsored by the Department of Transport are all set to occupy a further 8,000 sqft on Level 8 with EDG managing the fit-out ready for their occupation in March 2015. Divitie Capital Elevates to Level 8

EDG Property’s Neil Edginton is delighted to announce the latest office letting at The Cube to Divitie Capital. Birmingham’s 25-storey landmark will be Headquarters for the leisure based fund, offering a stunning business address in the very heart of the city. EDG Property Appointed Joint Venture Partner

Following a remarkable 8 years developing The Cube in Birmingham, in December 2012 Neil Edginton’s Aruna Project LLP sold the commercial elements of The Cube to EPISO3, a fund managed by London headquartered Tristan Capital Partners. Neil will be staying at The Cube though, despite the sale, as his EDG Property is working closely with Tristan Capital Partners to asset manage the building. Olympic best at The Cube

Birmingham’s The Cube was honoured to welcome a host of world class athletes and journalists through its doors for the Samsung Diamond League’s Press Conference on Saturday. The Cube was swamped with press as super star Mo Farah accompanied Jamaican sprint sensation Shelly Ann Fraser, Men’s Hurdle Champion Aries Merritt and Long Jump Greg Rutherford to the world class building.
