EDG Property was among the deserved award winners of Coventry & Warwickshire FirstPro 2018, announced at a gala dinner held at Coombe Abbey earlier this month.

Proud recipients of the Property Deal of the Year award, EDG Property was praised for its transformation of the 1950s Co-Operative building on Corporation Street into a mixed-use destination to include high specification apartments, a private internal residents’ park and members’ lounge. It was noted that the £15m scheme represents a significant investment in the city and will provide a catalyse for further regeneration.

EDG Property was in good company with the City of Culture Trust awarded Outstanding Achievement for securing City of Culture 2021.
