Property Week recognises talent
Congratulations to EDG Property’s Neil Edginton who has made it in to Property Week’s 2012 ‘Hot 100’. Listed as ‘one to watch’ in the real estate market, Neil’s achievements since his appointment on the Board of Birmingham Development Company at the age of 26, continue to be noted. It has been five years since Property Week last ran its ‘Hot 100’ list, which seeks to identity the rising stars of the property sector. This year, in partnership with law firm Irwin Mitchell, over 1000 voted for the under 35’s making an impression in today’s challenging market.

From his role at the jewellery box that is The Cube to the cover of Birmingham’s new GEM Magazine, EDG Property’s Neil Edginton appears to be making an impression. The new glossy magazine has awarded Neil pride of place with front cover and lead feature coverage in their launch issue. Talking of his time at The Mailbox and his vision for new Harborne scheme, The School Yard. The magazine aims to promote what’s ‘hot’ in the south west of Birmingham, with local interest stories and events promotion. The EDG Property team wish GEM Magazine every success in the future.
