Design at the heart of a new housing scheme

A cluster of new homes being developed by EDG Property on a major new housing scheme are set to be designed by the same team behind the award-winning The School Yard in Birmingham. Hat-trick of deals at Fort Dunlop

A Midlands recruitment specialist is launching a new operation at Fort Dunlop in one of three new lettings at the iconic Birmingham mixed-use development. Vivate Recruitment, which is based in Walsall and specialises in the automotive, aerospace and energy sectors, has taken 12,000 sq ft on the fourth floor of the Castle Bromwich scheme. Existing occupier Inspired Thinking Group, a marketing company with clients including Renault and Heineken, has also expanded its Fort Dunlop to 20,000 sq ft after leasing an additional 2,000 sq ft. Architects behind The Cube appointed on EDG Property’s Coventry development

The architect practice that designed and delivered The Cube in Birmingham has been appointed by EDG Property to help transform one of Coventry’s best known buildings. Make Architects has carried out a feasibility study on a range of options for the 140,000 sq ft building which was previously the home of the Co-op before it was  acquired by EDG Property.
