Buzz over city renaissance sees sales surge at The Cube

Just a handful of apartments are now left at The Cube after a growing feel-good factor in Birmingham saw a surge of new sales over the summer. Out of a total of 244 apartments, there are now just five apartments available for sale at the award-winning mixed-use scheme. Apartments had been selling at an average of one per week over the last two years a significant increase in interest has seen more than 20 deals completed in the last three months. The Hoot is on!
The countdown has begun for the grand unveiling of an art project that will give visitors to The Cube a real hoot – and help raise £250,000 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. From July 20 more than 90 5ft 5in specially decorated owls will go on display across Birmingham as part of the Big Hoot art trail. Companies across the city have paid £6,000 each to sponsor an owl and each one is currently being decorated to the sponsor’s specification from 150 different possible designs. EDG Property is delighted to announce that The Cube is now fully Let having signed a further 1000 sqft of office space to leisure based fund Divitie Capital whose Headquarters are already in occupation at this landmark Birmingham address. Upmarket Cube letting for EDG Property
It’s exciting times ahead for The Cube, as EDG Property secures Echelon Group for what’s tipped to be one of Birmingham’s most fashionable hang-outs. As part of Echelon Group’s aggressive growth plan, businessman Riad Erraji has taken 4500 sqft of reconfigured space at The Cube for his upmarket wet-led concept. The high profile venue will join the likes of Marco’s Laurent Perrier Champagne Bar, also in The Cube, as a place to be seen in Birmingham. Fit out on Level 6 will commence in January 2015 with a Spring opening anticipated.
