Birmingham success story Urban Coffee Company has signed a deal to take the last available commercial unit at EDG Property’s The School Yard development in Harborne. Contractor appointed at The School Yard as work starts onsite
Developers at Harborne’s flagship mixed use scheme have appointed the main contractor to start construction of the £5.5m project. Midlands headquartered GF Tomlinson will start onsite next month and will coordinate the first phase of the construction programme at EDG Property’s The School Yard. Enabling works are already complete at the scheme which is located on Harborne High Street, while the main construction process is split into two phases. Work is under way at one of Birmingham’s most exciting new developments. Enabling works have started at The School Yard in the upmarket suburb of Harborne as developer EDG Property announces the appointment of its professional team.
