Welcome GEM Magazine

From his role at the jewellery box that is The Cube to the cover of Birmingham’s new GEM Magazine, EDG Property’s Neil Edginton appears to be making an impression. The new glossy magazine has awarded Neil pride of place with front cover and lead feature coverage in their launch issue. Talking of his time at The Mailbox and his vision for new Harborne scheme, The School Yard. Carnival fun!

The sun certainly put his hat on for this year’s Harborne Carnival, Britain’s biggest street party outside Notting Hill and EDG Property were proud to be sponsors on this glorious summer’s day. This year, the High Street embraced its Diamond Jubilee theme, decked in bunting whilst hosting an abundance of fairground rides, stalls and entertainment. New food zone to dine out on blossoming culinary reputation

The city’s burgeoning status as a foodie’s paradise has been given a multi-million pound boost with a string of new restaurants – as the new council put the growing sector as the heart of its first manifesto. Birmingham’s burgeoning culinary reputation is set to be further enhanced after the man who helped deliver some of the city’s most iconic buildings unveiled plans for a “foodie” hub in the heart of the city’s smartest suburbs.
