EDG appoints new Board member

EDG Property is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Holden to the Board of Directors.

A Chartered Surveyor and Managing Director of consultancy firm Invigour, which he co-founded over a decade ago, Mark has over 30 years of commercial and project delivery experience.

On joining the board of EDG Property, Mark commented; “It is an exciting time for EDG Property with the arrival of The School Yard project. Neil Edginton is leading a new generation of Property Developers that will help shape the future of Birmingham and the wider region. I am delighted to be contributing my experience to the Board of such a vibrant Company. I am looking forward to working with Neil and his innovative and ambitious team.”

Mark’s advisory portfolio is extensive including the early stages of the new Library of Birmingham; the restoration of Birmingham Town Hall and the redevelopment of Pebble Mill. Prior to launching Invigour Mark was Joint Managing Partner and Board member for Innovation at EC Harris, the international Capital Project and Facilities Consultancy.
