Neil spearheads the EDG Group of Companies with an impressive portfolio of development projects while providing development, construction and asset management services to leading banks and some of the UK’s largest funds.

After originally working in the banking sector, non-executive Robert Black joined Baltic PLC in 1987 where he eventually became the main board director responsible for the Group’s substantial property portfolio. Since leaving Baltic in 2001, he has launched and sold a successful property business and since 2007 has been an active investor in a number of niche property companies.

A former board member at E C Harris, non-executive director Mark Holden brings more than 30 years of experience as a chartered surveyor and consultant within the construction industry to EDG Property. Career highlights include leading the successful restoration of Birmingham Town Hall and he is also a former member of the RICS management board.

Commercial director Gareth Edwards is responsible for the groups construction activity within EDG Build. Gareth was involved in EDG’s award-winning ‘The School Yard’ project as well as ‘New Street Chambers’. A former QS at international construction consultancy Faithful+Gould, Gareth draws upon detailed and extensive project involvement within the residential and commercial sector.

Head of marketing Kate Edginton has a wealth of property marketing experience having established her own agency as well as having worked in-house for major housing developers. After leaving Crosby Homes, Kate went on to run a successful agency delivering bespoke marketing services to the property sector for over a decade. Her portfolio includes the strategic promotion of over 150 developments ranging from boutique residential to prestigious landmark schemes.

James Dixon, Construction director responsible for the groups on-site construction activity within EDG Build. James draws upon his wealth of experience running construction projects in the commercial and residential sectors, acting as Principal Contractor on numerous fit-out, new build and refurbishment projects. James has over 15 years experience shopfitting and as a heating and plumbing engineer. James is also director of a successful plumbing business, Solihull Heating and Bathrooms, as well as a Director of AJ Design & Shopfitting.
