Carnival fun!

The sun certainly put his hat on for this year’s Harborne Carnival, Britain’s biggest street party outside Notting Hill and EDG Property were proud to be sponsors on this glorious summer’s day.

This year, the High Street embraced its Diamond Jubilee theme, decked in bunting whilst hosting an abundance of fairground rides, stalls and entertainment. The School Yard’s famous Clock Tower even adorned Union Jack flags!

Neil Edginton, EDG Property said; “It was great to see such a fantastic turn out and the Harborne community enjoying themselves at this family event, all credit to the organisers.  We are looking forward to The School Yard being a part of these celebrations in the future.”

Organised by the Harborne Carnival Association, the event has raised in excess of £200,000 for charity since its inception in 1998.
