Sales success at The School Yard demonstrates purchaser appetite

Sales success has been announced at EDG Property’s School Yard scheme in Harborne following an exclusive, private release of boutique apartments and townhouses to early registrants. Due to demand, 25 per cent of the homes at the mixed use scheme were specifically released at priority event – and all were snapped up in one week.

Purchasers have been attracted by the unique nature of the scheme which embraces both the heritage of the listed clock tower and the contemporary new build of the residential building.
