The Cube
Designed by celebrated architect Ken Shuttleworth, The Cube is one of Birmingham’s most notable buildings. The fully-let 25-storey 500,000 sq ft building includes 244 apartments, a 52 bed boutique hotel and luxury spa, Birmingham’s first rooftop restaurant, a skyline champagne bar, 120,000 sq ft of Grade A offices with occupiers including Highways England and The Law Society, and restaurant brands including Marco Pierre White and Rodizio Rico.
